My grandchild was at school , playing on monkey bars when she fell and broke two front teeth The school denies responsibility and refuses to pay dental bills for treatment now and any responsibility for any complications arriving in the future from this fall > What can I do ??

My grandchild was at school , playing on monkey bars when she fell and broke two front teeth The school denies responsibility and refuses to pay dental bills for treatment now and any responsibility for any complications arriving in the future from this fall > What can I do ??

You can speak with an attorney. But, I doubt that it will do any good. The school district would have to be shown to be at fault or negligent in causing her injuries. And, even if you can do that, it might not be enough to overcome the school's sovereign immunity.
