School Counselor

Is it legal for school employers to have their school counselors (who are exempt employees) working as security at home football and basketball games? Or should there be more compensation (or salary) agreed upon in the work contract? Or is this even legal?

Nothing illegal about it. It is a matter for the teachers union or school board to address if time isn't being compensated.
