Hello, I need your advice.. If someone is threatening to "sue a parent" over their alleged physical/mental abuse from 20 years ago, could they do it in the state of OHIO ? And what is the statute of limitations on this ? Thank you.

There will only be threats.
Never entertain, listen to, or encourage threats.
There is nothing on which to base such a lawsuit, if it were, every teenager in America would sue mom and pop.
Live your life, look to the future, the past is useless.
