Resignation

Hi,

I'm not sure how much you can help me, but I'm based in South africa (not sure if the same law applies) but basically I resigned from my last job with immediate effect, since no contracts were signed (even though I had been working for the company for 6 or so months)

Now, here's the problem, My employer is threathening to forward emails to the companies lawyers if I don't do a project handover.

Which i don't mind doing, just don't like the manner inwhich she (My employer) requested me to (with the lawyers and all).

So my question is, do I have to go in and do the project handover, or risk going to court.

Thanks in advance, any advice would help alot.
