Requesting examples of major decisions for education, religion, and health

In a TN parenting plan, the mother and father are to make joint decisions on education, health, and religion of the children. I have not been able to find online any examples that relate to these decisions. The language is very broad. Can anyone provide me with some specific examples?

Private vs. Public school (and which one); whether or not children require orthodontic care, (elective) surgery, etc; whether or not the children can be confirmed in one or the other parent's religion (as opposed to merely attending services).
