Some of the things that is being asked for does not pertain to the complaint filed. Can any of them be objected too . Can the other party be asked to explain why these documents are revelant to the complaint filed. I think I am being downloaded with getting unnecessary paperwork together so the case can be dismissed. This is a civil case. The defendant wants paperwork from years that do not pertain to this case. Thank you
