I have a 7 year old. His non biological father disappeared from his life 5 years ago I want remove him from the birth certificate and get a DNA to prove who the real father is what can I do

You must first find the male, or males, you believe could be the child's father.

Have the man, or men, genetically tested.

If your tests reveal that Bob Green, not John Blue, is the baby's biological father; you can then contact a lawyer and instruct the lawyer to "correct the record".

Until you have identified a male who is the biological father, nothing will or can can be changed.
