Recording and posting activity

I live in Ohio and I have concerns where my activity (walking down the street, leaving and arriving home, etc.) and any conversations during these times are being tracked and posted online in either written, audio, or video form. The activity tracking and posting is in my neighborhood, but also extends to other areas (restaurants, stores, etc.) outside of the city in which I reside. Specific details of conversations I have during these activities are brought up by others (even complete strangers) who would typically have no knowledge of the situation. The occurrence of these is beyond coincidence. I am looking for any help as to what type of lawyer specializes in this area and can discuss how to resolve the problem.
