Reclassified from Exempt to Non-Exempt

Hello! I have been with the same company for 30 years. Since 1995 I have been exempt. My job class was recently reclassified and in July 2015 I moved from exempt to non-exempt. My question is this, does a company have to retroactively pay me for overtime, and if so, how far back?
