I am a real estate Agent and "I have bought a house for a client.
My broker has received the commission check and cash it but has refused to pay me for no real reason.
He said he must review the file to make sure i did not make mistake and that the buyer will sue us.
he has cashed the check for 3 months and should have pay me by contract 2 weeks after cashing the check
What are my option? the amount due is $20000
