Quit Claim Deed

I am divorced as of last month. My ex is asking me to sign a quit claim deed even though the divorce decree said the house is to stay in my name for two years until my ex can refinance in his own name. Would you advise that I sign the quit claim deed now or wait until the house is refinanced?
