My husband and I are filing for summary of dissolution. We learned all the instructions, but we would like to clarify couple things. First, due to my husband's bad spening habit, we always managed our own finance. We do not have any property to divide since we do not own anything together. How should we compoese the property settlement agreement? Also, I am planning to purchase a house after filing for the divorce. I may have to purchase one before recieving the letter from the judge in 6 months. Should I register the house under my partner's (who will purchase the house with me) name to avoid any complications?
