I filed for divorce in Aug. Have not had contact with him since then. Our divorce hearing is scheduled for Nov. 17.... Last night on the news there was a clip of my soon to be ex husband is wanted for armed robbery in 2 states with his new girlfriend as his accomplice in Ohio and WV, they are still at large. I have been working with the police for his where a bouts and any known people that he may contact. Through detective contact that a friend of his told them that he is thinking of committing suicide, what happens to the divorce? And if he turns himself in or is caught will they transport him to the hearing?
