I was divorced in Feb. 2001 and my lawyer never filed the QADROs for my portion of my ex-husband's retirement and 401K. We were married over 22 years. My lawyer has since been sentenced to the pen so I have no way to contact him for any information or records. All I have is our final decree stating that I am to be awarded half of what the accounts were worth on the day we went to court. Is, or was, there a time limit on the filing of this, and what do I need to do to take care of this matter?
