My soon to be ex has lied on every legal form from police reports to dcf to divorce papers and everything in between. Why wont my attorney file for purgery? I can prove all the lies.

That's a criminal charge. Chances are you have a divorce/family law attorney working for you, so he probably wouldn't even handle that type of issue. Have you asked your attorney about it? If you have what did he say????

Remember the Bill Clinton perjury issue back at the end of the 20th century?
Perjury is rarely charged in family law matters.
I suppose the prosecutor thinks both parties lie.
