I am currently unemployed, I was almost hired by a company but they called me back and said after talking with you last employer we can not hire you. Your last employer said you left your job and never came back in 03/2007 from a back injury. I told her that roseville precision had laid me off and I have a letter stating that due to economic downturn i was terminated on June 17, 2007. Alot of companies are turning me down, and I think its because of Roseville Precision in Rocklin, CA. What should I do? I cannot afford a lawyer.
