My manager placed me on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) because my rankings are in the bottom third this year. The corporation that I work for is obviously trying to thin the herd, as several other people with low rankings have also been placed on plans. I informed my manager that I filed for short term disability on July 2nd and then I was terminated on July 3rd. Do I have any legal recourse?:dunno:
