Physical Harrasment?

I was @ work one day (@ Burger King) when a new trainee was being taught the ropes by one of my co-workers. It was rush hour and everyone was trying to get everything done. well I had just put the buns in the steamer and I forgot to push the button. The co-worker that was training the new employee hit me because I did not push the button on the steamer. was she justified in doing so?

Nobody is ever justified in striking someone else unless it is a bonafide self-defense situation.

You need to report the incident to your manager immediately.
