Peternity Reversal

I live in Florida and a friend of mine was served with a summons to appear in court for child support. He and the children's mother are married in the process of divorce. In 2000, there was a Final Judgement of Peternity set in place for their 3 children. He appeared in court and established peternity for each of them, with out a peternity test. Since this time, he has found that there was a time that she was unfaithful to him and had another child. He would like to know if he can request to re-establish paternity at the time that he goes to court for child support. If not, how would he make this request.
