I have a friend that has 5 kids with her husband. After twenty years of marriage she wants out. They own their house and property outright. Do they have to sell everything or is there a way that she can keep the house for the kids? He is disabled and she works parttime. Will she have to pay him support or will he have to give her the money that he gets for the kids in his disability checks? Please help me help my friend.....
