I am aware of a situation where a man has been requested in the State of Utah to submit to a paternity test. He has not heard from or heard of the woman for almost five years. She submitted a claim to child support within the four year statute of limitations. since the man was not provided with any knowledge and, therefore, right to parenthood, this is almost a situation of sperm donation. Does the man have any legal rights in this situation? If not, is there not a legal argument against the lack of the mother's moral decisions?
