Owned my home before marrage

I owned my home before getting married, have now been married 12 years..but in all that time my wife has refused to help with the mortgage and kept her monies separate from mine..she always says "it's not my house why should I help pay for it",if anything needs to be repaired she refuses to help..my name is the only name on mortgage and on Deed..can I sell the house without her consent and is she entitle to anything since she never helped to pay for it and steadfast refused to help..? living in New Jersey..

She may have a claim since it has become the marital home. You can sell and see what she says but a potential buyer will probably want a release from her.
