I work from my home in Ohio. My employer is located in Pennsylvania. I am a customer support representative for a software manufacturer. I do no programming or system analysis and I do not test the software prior to release. Recently we have been requested to work overtime but are being considered exempt employees and not paid overtime. I believe this is a violation of federal law. I would appreciate the opinion of an attorney. Thank you in advance
