overpayment

I recently found out that my job has given me a .90 raise in Jan, that i didn't deserve It is now the end of june and they found it. since my checks are directly deposited i have not cashed anything. My concern is, can i be terminated for this, even though i never noticed the increase.

Well, technically they can, since there is no law that prohibits it. But it's not very likely that they will.

You'll probably have to pay back the overpayment, though.
