10 year old girl forced to share a bed with 6 year old boy. She is very uncomfortable with this. what are the laws?

The law doesn't care who sleeps where.
Why?
Poverty isn't a crime.
Not every family can afford a 20 bedroom, 25 bathroom, mansion on 30 wooded, secluded acres!

Unless one of these children is a foster child, or there is a custody agreement that covers this, there is no law that would address this.

Sometimes that is the only sleeping arrangement people can afford. Anyway, not illegal.
