My debtors employer, who is located in Wisconsin, is not cooperating with a wage garnishment even though
they acknowledged that the debtor was employed there at the time of the notice of garnishment and they responded with a Garnishee Answer stating that they would withhold the debtors wages to the extent allowed by law. I want to know the procedure by which I can make the employer liable for the amount of the judgment.

You can't legally pass the responsibility of one entity to another entity.
Collecting a judgment is very hard work, isn't it? LOL
