Now he's making threats.......

Okay so in my previous posts I explained the whole ordeal. Well, now, my ex has gotten the child support papers and it "hit the fan" so to speak. I explained to my ex about our daughter's asthma and that I want to make sure she has medical coverage. He said he doesn't have the money to pay child support and that he can't afford to take a day off work to attend the hearing. He also stated that he took a day off work when he got the papers and went to his attorney's office, the DA (i don't know why) and to the courthouse, and he wanted to make sure I knew that he can take her off me at any time. I'm considering going to the courthouse house and filing for an emergency custody hearing. The courthouse said that I can pay $100 and have an emergency hearing within 7-10 days without an attorney. I really can't afford to pay an attorney right now and I'm not sure if I have grounds for a restraining order or PFA on him for threatening to take my daughter. Any help anyone can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I would really try to see if there is a probono lawyer you could possibly use (maybe in conjunction with UPenn) or even just call some kind of emergency hotline in your state that has a legal advocate. womenslaw.org is really helpful. They give you lots of different information for people that can help for each state
