I went to my dr. last week and she sent information asking my boss to excuse me from work for 3 days and the next morning my dr. called me to let me know that my boss had called her and questioned her about why I was being taken off work and ask her if she had performed an xray or MRI on me and she said she told my boss she couldnt disclose any of that information. I would like to know what right my boss has in calling my Dr.?
