several members of my husbands union worked for an audio visual company based in louisiana. the job was in nyc. the av company concerned was in turn hired by a medical firm to hold a presentationcontract has it that the men were to be paid within 15 days. they were not. letters were written to the av company; which ignored the letters.
the wages should have been paid well before the jurricane hit louisiana.
it is now impossible to reach the company (they ignore letters) and the phone number appears to not be working.
what is the next step the men should take. do they act as a group, or individually.
thank you
