I need to know what my options are My nicece was raped two weeks ago and her mother did nothing about it i just found out myself the police was not called she was threated and told not to tell the mother is unfit the girl has lost her hearing because the mother refuses to take her to the drs.

YOU can call the police and child services. Make the call and let them handle things. If she was indeed raped (and you likely cannot know if this is true), they will hopefully get to the bottom of it. If the child is in need of medical aid and not being provided proper care by the mother, then hopefully it will be addressed. But, not taking a child to the doctor is not - by itself - indicative of abuse.
