What compensation am I entitled to when my employer:
1)Hasn't paid 36hrs of overtime and 5.5hrs of doubletime for 12 wks now.
2)Deducting child support payments from me but not paying them.
3) Late paychecks for the last three years causing me to occur over 4000 dollars in NSF charges and 900 a mth in payday advance fees just so I can try to pay bills on time?
