Need to serve an auto insurance court papers

I was an auto accident 19 months ago. The other driver was a fault, per a police report. I went through several months of physical therapy. I have been trying to get Allstate, her insurance company, to pay for my medical bills, lost wages and loss of value on my then 3 year old car, as well as a small amount for pain and suffering. Their offer does not even cover all my medical expenses. I am going to take them to small claims court so I need to serve them, but do not know how. Can you help me?

I suggest you work with YOUR insurance company.

If this accident occurred 20 months ago, the statute of limitations is ticking.

Personal Injury Actions must be brought within three years of the date of the injury in NM.

You generally waste yoru time in small claims, but if you persist, Google (small claims action YOUR COUNTY, NM).
