need to borrow money from trust account

Hello, My husband died 12 years ago and his aunt ( has passed away ) left everything to my son in a trust that i manage and control , She put in ther that my son would need to finish high school and go to college and have some kind of Degree by the age of 24 , and then i suppose to pay for the college out of this trust account and if he doesnt get a degree by the age of 24 then i'm suppose to give to a charity , well My question is I need to move in order for my son to go to High school, And i need to borrow some money to help with me getting another house, 9The money will be put back as soon as my house sells, Would i get in trouble for doing this?

COULD you get in trouble? Absolutely.

WOULD you get in trouble? Depends on whether you get caught.

Frankly, any plan to hide your misdeed as trustee that depends on the current real estate market is highly suspect. Even if it were not, you would be foolish to try.
