my husband son is 13 yrs old he live with his grandparents his mom has the custody but she lives in mexico. we want to get his custody but his mother opposes even if she is not with him she just come once in a while waht can we do?

Is there a medical reason that Dad, as a party to this potential court action, can't post for himself?

Dad needs to file for custody. Do the grandparents have any sort of legal guardianship or custody?
