my boyfriend wants a divorce after 4 years,and she won't go to parenting classes,and the state requires that both parents must attend,and she refuses to take them. If anybody has any information about this please help
me out.

In Delaware, the law states that both parents MUST take state approved parenting classes before the divorce will be prosessed and she will not take them. So the first time the divorced was filed she would not take them so after 1 year the case was closed.
