My daughters father was arrested a week ago. This is his first offense. He was charges with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, and drug paraphenila. His bond was set at 25,500. He was bonded out. Our daughter is 3, he has been consistent with his standard visitation for about 8 months now. He is not current on support. His weekend his coming up this Friday. I have not heard anything from my attorney on the matter. How will this affect his visitation. I am not comfortable sendind her with him right away. What will happen?
