Hello all,
I work a ten hour work day(as a state employee in Florida) and whenever there is a national holiday my employer only gives me 8 hours and forces me to take 2 hours vacation time or I can make up the extra hours at work unless the holiday happens at the end of the pay week(then I have to use vacation time). Is this legal?
