My divorce wasn't final before I remarried so

    How do I go about getting out of this relationship. We were married in Reno NV n lived in NM since marriage n I want my maiden name back.

    How about just getting up and walking out?

    I don't think you were married at all since you were still married at the time of the ceremony.

    Then take it back.

    I think your second marriage doesn't exist but I suggest you consult an attorney to make sure.

    Meantime, there's no reason you can't just leave him.

    You desperately need a lawyer.
    There are two issues here, one civil, one potential criminal for you.
    The marriage might simply be void.
    The attempt to get married while still married (despite the pending divorce action) could be something he uses against you when you leave. (AS in BIGAMY)

    See a lawyer and say NOTHING to anyone until you've spoken to lawyer.
