Must I Report This Money Received To CA EDD?

I am about to receive a lump sum Executor fee from an estate.

1. Is this reportable to California EDD (Unemployment Dept.) as I am otherwise unemployed and currently collecting benefits?

2. If yes, do I report it as a lump sum for the week in which it was received, or ???? ?

3. If no, what is the rationale for why it is not reportable? Reference?

Your best answer is obtained by contacting EDD and inquiring of them.
Simply put, all income should be reported.
The agency might not disqualify you for this particular income.
Generally speaking, ALL earned income must be reported.
The agency ultimately makes the call.
I don't think this type of income will disqualify.
