Moving my child to another school

My wife and I are in the middle of divorce. She has temp. emergency custody of our daughter right now (LONG STORY). I found out that she has removed my daughter from school and has enrolled her in another school where she is attending college. It not that far away about 50 miles but can she do this without my consent? She didnt bother telling me until after the fact that she had done this

You may want to bring this up to your attorney and the court since it may materially affect your abilities to visit by being 50 miles away. If it doesn't as you seem to state, then what is the big deal if your child is at another school that is currently more convenient? It's not like the law intervenes in areas that do not require intervention.
