the Defendant was served with Complaint for Custody 2 weeks ago. She has not responded yet. She has however removed our child from the state of Nevada to another state in violation of the Joint Preliminary Injunction.
How do I notify the court that she is in violation and contempt???
What for do I file?
I cannot afford a lawyer and filed the papers so far myself.
