The mother of my boys is trying to take my boys to flordia! Her mother and I went to court aganist each other to see who gets custody! The mother of my kids left them while she went to TN. Their grandmother has them. Paperworks say that i have the boys tue. and thur. for an hour and half and on sundays for 4 hours. And I pay child support! The mother of my kids has nothing to do with the court because she had failed to call. Its been almost 2 years now and we don't keep to the court paper, as in I have them longer and they stay with me on the weekends, but lately I have them almost everyday because it the summer time. Now thier mother is wanting to take them to florida and her mother is allowing it? Do I have any say so in this matter or do I have to get some paperwork done quickly? And if I have to do paperwork how long would it take??
