I was 3 yrs old when my mom moved in with 4 guys, within the first month that she started working she would leave me in the care of these men, one of them worked in a pizza place the others were always there. 3 of the men would begin smoking, drinking and my clothes came off and they would feel me and make me do things to them, they said it was a game and that my mom knew, i was so confused and scared, it went on and off till i was 5. We moved back to California and uncles, cousins, and men that came around, molosted me till i was 13 and i learned about sexual abuse in middle school, when i told my mom she beat me and said if i ever said anything she would make sure my life would be destroyed and that i liked the abuse because i continued with it, im 34 and she kept her promise but i cant live like this anymore, what can i do?

I suggest you seek a counselor trained in EMDR. It has been proven especially helpful for rape victims.
