Misrepresentation of Child Care Costs

my ex-wfie took me back to court for increased child support costs almost two years ago, as part of the overall calculation of child support costs, she asked our current provider to give her a "market rate", which was built into the child support calculation (in indiana), subsequently, and after the order was complete, i have since found out that my ex has never paid this amount of day care expenses for almost two years now to this same provider, what recourse do i have?? i'm sure if i misstated my income during discovery and calculation of support, there would be recourse. as an aside, it was part of the court order that this provider would provide child care for us, until we mutually agreed to someone else.

You take mom to court and ask for proof of her child care expenses, like receipts. You can certainly ask that she pay it back and that all current obligations be reconsidered.
