I was injured by a military explosive during my clean up of private property, which I lived on and was hired to do. It was 20 miles from a military base. I was in a burn center for 2 weeks. I survived.
1 month later, 2 men lost their lives while "scrapping", which they believed to have been already detionate. We all live in the same town. My question is, who is responsible for the unretrived unused/live devices? Who should be accountable for the negiligence of such devices that fall into the paths of civilians?
