This is a little complicated. I hope I can get some help. I have a 12 year old daugher. Her father is in the army and has been paying child support for the past 9 years. I have not had the order changed. I am sure that he has moved up in ranks as well as pay. I live in Texas. He is currently stationed in TN. However, both of us including our daughter was born in Indiana. The court order is also in Indiana. Where is the jurisdiction? I have been told a couple of different answers. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
