Have not been received commissions last 2 months. Plus commissions have not been paid accuarately since Feb, 2007. I am an Independent Manufacturers rep (1099). I have a contract that I am to be paid on the 10th of the month for prior months shipments, I am a NJ corporation, delinquent party does business from Wheling, IL, and is a public company listed on NYSE. Is the vender liable for any penalties?
