I have filed divorce against my husband . We have been married for 28 . M y husband abused me for years do i have any recourse

Depends. Did you report any of the abuse? Since you stayed in the marriage for so long you are responsible for your own actions. If he makes more than you you probably will get some alimony, even lifetime for a very long marriage. Do you have an attorney?
