I am a full time employee already with the company. Now for about 10 months I have been holding a management position including all responsibilities without the actual manager pay. I have still maintained my hourly pay and not been converted to a salery. Now the company states the position is no longer needed and I need to return to my original position. Is this legal for them to do?

Your job is what the boss says it is at any given moment as long as you are paid at least minimum wage.

Legal and not even all that uncommon. It stinks, sure, but there're no laws being violated.
