Basically, a neighbor has been sending harassing and hateful mail for close to three years now. A few law enforcement friends have tried to help on their downtime, but can't come up with anything substantial. There is a partial print found, but no results have come from it. The local police can't do much more than they already have.
There are a stack of about 30 letters and others at the police dept. A neighbor across the street has been a victim of this same matter from someone with the same handwriting.
Are there any resources to help. Money is extrememly limited. Thanks again.
